Who We Are
12 Steps to Freedom Prison Ministry is a Christ-centered, non-profit outreach dedicated to bringing hope, healing, and restoration to incarcerated men and women. We believe that no one is too broken or too far gone for God’s love to reach. Our ministry exists to share the message of freedom through Jesus Christ and to provide a structured path toward lasting recovery.
What We Do
Through our 12 Steps to Freedom program, we walk alongside inmates who struggle with addiction, brokenness, and hopelessness. We provide:
- Biblical 12-Step Recovery – A faith-based program built on God’s Word and centered on the power of Jesus Christ to transform lives.
- Workbooks & Teaching Materials – Easy-to-read, Christ-focused recovery materials designed for use inside prison walls.
- Fellowship & Discipleship – A supportive community that helps inmates grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally.
- Preparation for Life Beyond Prison – Guidance, encouragement, and resources to help men and women successfully re-enter society with faith and purpose.
Why It Matters
Addiction and brokenness affect the majority of incarcerated individuals. Without hope and guidance, many return to old patterns upon release. 12 Steps to Freedom equips men and women with the tools to live free—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—so they can walk in new life, build stronger families, and positively impact their communities.
